  2. Setup: Put your hands under the arch of your lower back to keep it neutral.
  3. Brace your core.
  4. Lift your head and shoulders just an inch off the floor โ€” keep the neck still.
  5. Hold 8โ€“10 seconds while breathing.
  6. Lower, rest a moment, repeat. Switch the bent leg halfway.
