Setup

Lie face-down on a bench set to 30–45°.

  1. Setup: Lie face-down on a bench set to 30–45°.
  2. Setup: Light dumbbells hanging, palms facing each other.
  3. With a slight bend in the elbows, raise the dumbbells out to the sides.
  4. Stop at shoulder level.
  5. Lower slowly.
