Setup

Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat and hip-width apart.

  1. Setup: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat and hip-width apart.
  2. Setup: Arms by your sides.
  3. Brace lightly and squeeze your glutes.
  4. Drive through your heels to lift the hips until knees, hips and shoulders line up.
  5. Hold 2 seconds at the top.
  6. Lower slowly.
