Stand tall or sit on a bench (seated is easier on the back).

- Setup: Stand tall or sit on a bench (seated is easier on the back).
- Setup: Light dumbbells at your sides, slight bend in the elbows.
- Raise the dumbbells out to the sides to shoulder height.
- Lead with the elbows, pinkies slightly up is fine.
- Lower slowly over 3 seconds.
