Setup

Hands under shoulders, knees under hips.

  1. Setup: Hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
  2. Setup: Find a neutral spine โ€” imagine a glass of water balanced on your lower back.
  3. Brace your core lightly (about 20% effort).
  4. Reach one arm forward and the opposite leg back at the same time.
  5. Hold 8โ€“10 seconds while breathing. Make a fist and squeeze the glute.
  6. Return slowly, sweep hand and knee across the floor, and repeat.
  7. Do all reps on one side, then switch.
